I made this Sun flower cake for my Mom in law's birthday (April, 2008)
Made of chocolate sponge cake with chocolate ganache filling and covered with buttercream.

Grand Piano Cake

I made this cake for my daughter's (Jacqueline) 13th birthday and piano recital. Chocolate cake with ganache filling. The decorations are hand made from marshmallow fondant. A smash hit at piano recital!

Water Slides

I made this cake for my twin boys' 5th birthday. A chocolate cake cover with BC tops with blue-tinted piping gel. The waves and the little figures were hand made from fondant.

Ballet Slipper Cake

Made this cake for my daughter "Valentini" 11th Birthday (Feb 14th, yes she was born on Valentine's day) and she loves ballet!

Chocolate cake with strawberry filling, cover with fondant. The ballet slippers were hand made from MMF.

Pirate Ship Cake

I made this cake for my twin boys' 4th birthday last year (May 2007). This was my first attempt at 3D cake, pretty decent eh!?*wink*

A chocolate pound cake cover with chocolate buttercream icing. Everything is edible except the railings and toy figures (I borrowed the characters from my son's pirate ship toy):P

Fancy Fruit Cake

I made this for my oldest daughter's "Jacqueline" birthday last year (June 2007):) This cake was my first attempt at making a birthday cake, inspired by For The Love Of Baking.
Sponge cake with cream cheese filling and cover with butter cream. The fruit are made of royal icing.
