Harley Davidson Cake

A sponge cake filled with strawberry 'n cream mouse covered with marshmallow fondant. The motor cycle was hand sculpted out of gumpaste.

Soccer Ball Cake

A chocolate cake with strawberry buttercream filling and covered with buttercream icing.

Grand Piano Cake (Black & White)

This cake ordered for Yoon's piano concert as a surprise after the concert.
A white almond sour cream cake with strawberry butter cream filling, covered with chocolate marshmallow fondant (tinted black). The lid was a cardboard covered with fondant. The flower bouquet, note sheets and girl "yoon" was hand sculpted out of gumpaste. Everything you see on the cake is edible accept the piano lid. It was a smashed hits at the concert.

"Delft Blue" Dutch Birthday Cake

Another Delft Blue theme cake. A white almond sour cream cake filled with raspberry-butter cream and covered with marshmallow fondant. Tulip, kissing couple, clogs and windmill are hand sculpted out of gum paste.
