Grand Piano Cake (Black & White)
This cake ordered for Yoon's piano concert as a surprise after the concert.
A white almond sour cream cake with strawberry butter cream filling, covered with chocolate marshmallow fondant (tinted black). The lid was a cardboard covered with fondant. The flower bouquet, note sheets and girl "yoon" was hand sculpted out of gumpaste. Everything you see on the cake is edible accept the piano lid. It was a smashed hits at the concert.
